The Best class? might be i can't imagine Lville without them In terms of the class that most advanced the program, I might put 2020/2021. 2020 was supposed to be Tori, Stevie, Alexis Hamilton, and Piper Roe, though Tori and Stevie, of course, extended to 2021 thanks to the addition of the Covid year, but 2019 was the year we beat Texas in the Sweet 16 in Gregory, and they were all a part of that. I really feel like that one match really was a monumental shift in the trajectory of the program. The only person that graduated in 2019 was Melanie McHenry, and she was sidelined with her ACL halfway through the season so it really was that 2020-became-2021 class, that really drove that. (Not to take anything away from McHenry, she did great things in the program) In DBK's opinion, she said it might be her best graduating class, well maybe she recruited most of the 5 from HS and not major transfers. But i totally see where you're coming from. and i also still think McHenry is one of Lvllie's greatest , hot take? idc i love her lol

Louisville has picked up their service pressure over the last few weeks, but if they can take it to another level then they could be even more dangerous than what they are now. They have the ability, hopefully they get there.

Nayelis is ACC freshamn of the week for the 5th time this season.
"Cabello was named the ACC Freshman of the Week for the fifth time this season. The setter out of Clermont, Florida, helped lead the Cardinals to a .431 hitting percentage in two sweeps last weekend. Cabello also added eight digs and a block to the Louisville defense in wins over Duke and North Carolina."

At the beginning of the season and through the non-conference slate, I was not too fond of Nayeli and though that it was a better bet to let Glock retain the 5-1 position and let the freshman train and try to take the position from her. But now that we're at the tailed of the regular season, I have enjoyed watching Nayeli grow! She is quite the competitor who possess some good skills.

I actually just watched highlights of the North Carolina match and came over here to see comments haha. Cabello’s movement and speed is fun to watch. She does these little hops before the opposing team attacks to get herself ready to defend or to get in position to set—she’s so quick and seems like she’s always in position.

How are y'all feeling about our chances next week? opinions on what we need to work on? hot takes?
Also
Do y'all think Louisville has a really good chance of sharing the ACC title? even to win it all Outright?
i personally think we are out for blood with Pitt next week and we beat Stanford but they are out for blood too - Well the thing is the team that beat stanford is very different from the Louisville team now (unsure about this one)
