I’m sorry your life is so sad. I hate being on a site with old people they dont get our humorim gonna need a camera and mic setup for when Larson and hunt shake hands after the match. I want drama Um, stanfordvb there is no comical word in your post above. How can someone get your humor when you don't frame it like a joke? Also, who is they? Do you feel secure knowing others are involved in your toxicity? Why is hate brought into every one of your posts and your alter ego posts.

Muy excited for this one! Two juggernauts of the sport, massive rivalry, the long-awaited classic Texas Offense vs. the omni-present Nebraska Defense. Hopefully Nebraska’s defense wins this.
Surely Halter has to come back down to earth right? Bc how does one stop this?

...and each team has a current assistant coach who was formerly an assistant at the other. For as much as fans of the two hate each other, there is a lot of crossover between the two ADs. Not just in volleyball too. And no Longhorn football fans, you still can't blame us for Tim Beck. We told you how that one was going to end. We told you. We didn’t need Nebraska fans to tell us anything about Tim Beck. He was terrible at Colorado. We didn’t need Colorado fans to tell us anything. He was fired from calling plays and the Ohio State fans were high fiving each other when Herman hired him. We didn’t need their counsel, either. The uproar was so bad about that crappy hire, Herman felt the need to “address” it at his first press conference. And by address it, I mean he looked in the camera and basically told us his Mensa self knew way more than we did. He didn’t need the fans and boosters to give him advice on who to hire. He was going to trust the former players he had coached, and they all said Tim Beck was wonderful, and that was that. His whole staff was a try hard small college staff with almost no experience - ANYWHERE - at the Power 5 level either playing or coaching. And for the people who had coached at the power 5 level, the results were really bad. I took such hard shots at the crappy coaching staff online one of the Longhorn bloggers, Wescott Eberts, quoted me in a blog he wrote saying why I was so wrong and didn’t know anything. Three years later practically the whole staff was gone. He also brought on someone involved with the Baylor crap, and we made a big uproar about that. Which he promptly ignored and told us he knew better. He and his agent successfully pressured an interim athletic director and president to quickly hire him before LSU did. He ended up having all the leverage. And at a school which can easily carry the highest payroll in college football if needed, he put together his small school try hard staff because it was more important not to be challenged than to go out and get the best. Since 1987 we’ve made 4 really bad coaching hires. David McWilliams, John Mackovic, Charlie Strong, and Tom Herman. And we’ve paid a price for it. No Texas fan is ever going to blame Nebraska for Tim Beck. We knew exactly what we were getting the moment that hire was made. And the whole incident made it crystal clear what we were getting in Mensa Tom Herman, too. Nobody blamed Nebraska for anything regarding Tom Herman.

Nebraska fans are known to be the most respectful fans and don't hate on Texas fans or any other fans. What is the crossover between Trev Alberts and Chris Del Conte? not me dear, I know you think there is some giant grand conspiracy but not everyone is chas

Does anyone know if there's an opportunity to buy advance tickets to the 2024 final four, perhaps at the 2023 venue? Seems I've heard rumors of this sort of thing in past years. It would be so nice to get tickets before they go to those evil resellers. And yes, I am signed up for NCAA notifications.

As much as I enjoyed how hard Jenna Gabriel played for Texas, not having a 5'6 setter blocking at the net (but instead one who is 6'3) this time around against Nebraska is a better play.

It may feel like Texas has the momentum right now but I think Nebraska will out team Texas. The corn huskers have the trust in each other and they just need to have fun and play there game. This is their biggest strength.

Back in the 2015 championship match, Cook employed a strategy of targeting their serves to zone 1 (right back). I vaguely remember the reasoning being that it made it more difficult for Texas to run the slides for Chiaka Ogbogue and Molly McCage. Is that accurate? Could a similar serving strategy be the call on Sunday? i believe so...cook also mentioned going back through his journals in specific years ('15 & '17) for things that worked...hopefully this was not a dream & it was an actually interview/press conference...🌽 will for sure try to mess up the passing patterns to impede with o'neal hitting the slide

This is their biggest strength. A key to beating Texas will be pulling swindle off the net as much as possible. They need to break the Texas tempo and slow their speed down. If Texas passes good, nebraska will have a major battle on their hands. Nebraska will be control if they can steady the serve pass game.. Texas will get their.monster.kills, but it is just about giving them less chances at that. Nebraska must set middle as often as possible to win this match. Texas will gobble up the left sides. Middles taking swings will help break up the net more to allow some scoring by our left sides. Bergen has to asert the middle this match. If nebraska plays a high and Outside match, we are in trouble. Texas defense is too good to get away with that. We need to spread the ball around as much as possible
