It seems like in order to win the title, you need that dominant player. Plummer for Stanford ('16, '18, '19), Foecke ('17), Rettke ('21), Eggelston ('22). Texas has that in Skinner + O'Neal has played to her potential this tournament. After seeing Halter ball out in last year's tournament, I feel like she is playing to her full potential now too. Good on Texas for finding their form at the end of the season.
