This is the equivalent of a 30 point blow out for the men's national championship. I can hear casual fans changing the channel all over America... or was this just a reality program..

Ok, I’m gonna use the word fluke here. I’m not saying Texas wouldn’t have won, but no serious volleyball fan can watch these last couple sets and think it could be replicated in any meaningful way. Texas just had that golden touch this week. Disagree. Baller/clutch gene is strong in that group.

With Texas taking out three 1 seeds, and Nebraska getting swept when the other matches went 4 sets, does Nebraska still get the number 2 spot in the final poll?

I'm just happy for the one-year-olds in Texas who've waited their whole lives to see a Longhorns National Championship. baby girl now is not the time to make fun of Texas…

Tennessee being the closest match for Texas in the tournament… They had match point too.

I have to laugh after everyone accused Texas of only winning with a super team they came in and did it as a 7 seed not who I wanted to win the title but they really have proven they deserve it. 2 seed not a 7 seed. And I don't know about you but Texas is in a 5 setter against Nebraska and Wisconsin without having elements of a SUPER team. especially Madisen. I have to laugh at the arrogant Texas fans thinking their team is SUCHHHH a big underdog and have been trying to sell that bull$hit for the last week on these forums.

Texas A&M putting up a better fight than Big Ten #1 and #2. Iconic.

This is on Nebraska, they got throughly outplayed in all aspects of the game Is it on Nebraska or is it on Texas who went through three #1 seeds to win this? It'd be one thing if they only did this to Nebraska, but they dismantled Wisconsin a couple nights ago, too.

It seems like in order to win the title, you need that dominant player. Plummer for Stanford ('16, '18, '19), Foecke ('17), Rettke ('21), Eggelston ('22). Texas has that in Skinner + O'Neal has played to her potential this tournament. After seeing Halter ball out in last year's tournament, I feel like she is playing to her full potential now too. Good on Texas for finding their form at the end of the season. I fully believe Emma halter won that game against Wisconsin for Texas. The number of crazy digs she got decimated our side out percentage.

Just an absolute beat down.
So impressed with the run by Texas. I didn’t think they had it in them. I thought the experience of being here last year helped in both games, but what they did to two teams who I thought were the best, is insane.
As a Nebraska fan, just an extremely disappointing performance in a season where it seemed like a constant thrill ride. Still proud of what they accomplished. They’ll be back. GBR.
Congrats Texas.
