Looks like Halle, Lynney, Kymora and Audrey are in Madison. Audrey is on crutches From vbadrenaline.com... Spring Frost Warning is being sent out to Corn Nation right now. Be advised that I really feel like when we have a chance to reevaluate and everyone gets a better look at this class…..Wisconsin will overtake Nebraska for the #2 class in 2026 so just prepare yourselves for that right now because I know those things are difficult to take, but I’m about to explain why. Kymora Scott MB XP Volleyball PPV 142 I will not write 3 pages about this prospect, but I want to (I will brag and say FIRST**** you can find a lot more media on Kimora now than you could on June 16th when we interviewed her and what an awesome story. More impressively what a great find by the Badger Staff and even better job keeping her a secret. They needed middles in the class and this was a great, local #2 option for them and when you talk “high ceiling” that is Scott. Obviously she will have to put a lot of hard work in on technique and simply playing vs. higher level competition, but she’s being given an opportunity and funny how motivated athletic young ladies can be when given a chance. Trust us her PPV will dramatically rise when our scouts get to watch her early in January, thus raising Wisconsin’s average. Lynney Tarnow MB First Alliance PPV 288 Now this was a Wisconsin commit if you ever saw. When they say “players just fit” they mean Tarnow to Wisconsin. 1st Alliance connection, tall and physical middle blocker, tough midwest athlete..,.Ding Ding Ding. I thought Tarnow was the best middle at the Spring NTDP and I do not know EXACTLY who officially offered her, but know there was serious offers from nearly everyone searching for a middle in the Top 15. I could see her overtaking Williams as the highest PPV at the position and they are nearly a coin toss in our eyes currently. Just a solid get for the Badgers and love this player more each time we watch her. Halle Thompson OH Houston Skyline PPV 299 Only the most covered athlete in the class. She is the most media ready of any athlete in the 2026s. Sheffield can send her to B1G Media Days for 4 years the day she steps on campus and he doesn’t have to worry for four years. She was on the U19 National Team. Has been to NTDP forever. Has won countless awards, she is that big recruit you want your program to have. You expect and Halle I’m sure expects to come in and compete for playing time right away. Explosive, a cannon for an arm, great communicator. That’s why her PPV is that high because she has very high expectations as I’m sure the staff does. Audrey Flanagan OH SCVC PPV 282 “Hey Audrey we were wrong” half the volleyball world. I think people knew Flanagan was talented, but I think her laid back, quiet demeanor almost gets her overlooked by some (I know it did by our one person staff:) and then Spring NTDP hit and Nationals and U19 National Team tryouts and their international tourney…..and Flanagan was arguably the best OH IN THE WORLD. She will be getting a bump when we reevaluate 2026s soon. When you look at all-around game she pushes Anderson for top OH right now in the class. People may not have thought this initially, but this could be the gem of Sheffield’s banner class? I love the way the Badgers came out firing right away. I also like how they have what seems to be some very solid star potential athletes. Like I said Tarnow and Flanagan were probably the two best at their positions at the end of the summer in the entire class. Game on says Bucky Badger and as the say in Madison time to JUMP AROUND

In 2021, if Haggerty stayed for a final year, do we think that would have made our team even better? Rather than Orzol playing as a freshman? I believe Haggerty had one more year of eligibility but chose to not use it due to her medical issues

I believe Haggerty had one more year of eligibility but chose to not use it due to her medical issues I don't think there's a good answer to that question, specifically because of the medical issues. Would she be injured during the season (likely :/) and if so when and what effect would that have on the team?

Molly retired almost immediately from pro VB due to medical problems. I don't think she ever even played a match overseas. Hard to see that being different if she was still in a Badger uniform.

She played a few matches in the second-tier Italian League. (I remember watching a couple of YouTube from a single camera in the corner of a tiny arena.) It didn't last long.

If Haggerty had been fit and firing plus durable then there was a chance that Orzol would've redshirted. Jardine may have redshirted as well but then I think once Haggerty finishes Jardine would've still left to move back to Utah who'll offer her a big role vs a shared split role with Juila at Wisconsin.
