volleydork just posted the best passers of the 2024 season (so far), and Eleanor Bevin is at #14. Only 2 SEC players in top 20. Anyone surprised Tuozzo isn't on the list?

5th straight sweep against a solid Aggies squad. I'm really enjoying watching this group lately. Skinner has done a great job tinkering after injuries and a tough start to the year. Hopefully they can keep things rolling as we head closer to the postseason.

Great win against a very good TXAM team. Back in the saddle today for LSU. I like the rotation right now, they seem to have their best athletes on the court.

What if... Deleye trained on the RS and Benjamin and Thigpen were the OHs next year? I don't think I would be a fan of this because Deleye is one of the best Outside Hitters in the country. Having said that what is your thinking here? I am always intrigued with how other people think about rotations and positions. Skinner has to find a RS in the portal. Kentucky is setting up to have a monster of a team next season. Bultema and Dailey both just keep getting better Sarafa is going to be a really good Setter (she is a high character player and will be a leader on the court) Tuozzo continues to improve and have to think she will be a monster next season. Having said that Skinner is bringing in a really good DS next season that plays for KIVA Deleye is going to be on every pre-season all american list - she is so good |

I think she knew what she was getting into when she committed. If all goes to plan she'll be a three year starter once Grome graduates. Also, I'm assuming Dailey and Bultema redshirted this year as well right? I hope you are right because I would hate to lose Sarafa. Also have to wonder what the 2025 committed Setter is thinking because he wouldn't play until her third season. It is going to be interesting to see what happens. But I get it you have to keep recruiting a Setter every other season. We all know Skinner hasn't been the most successful in transfer portal. My thinking is you take what you have and make the best of it. Both Thigpen and Benjamin are more ball control players. Free up Deleye really focus on offense. |

Cats signed 3 for next years freshmen class. I’m hearing great things about O’Brien. I’d imagine she will assume setting duties next year (battling out Sarafa).
Added a DS (Ward) and Pin (Watson). Would like to see them add another middle and then obviously backfill whatever leaves in the portal.
It also looks like Watson is going to enroll early and starting training in January. Good to see future players start to do this. Other elite programs have been doing this for years.

The instragram post lists her as an outside, but she has taken lots of swings from the right on her film as well. Wouldn't be surprised to see her on the RS, with Thigpen/Benjamin, and Deleye on the OH. |
