CAL POLY started the week sweeping UCSB on Tuesday. Making it a two match complete sweep of their cross down the 101 Hwy rival this year. Maybe a 1st! will be in Manoa Saturday night to take on the Wahine. A team that just swept UCSB at home. After getting swept by the same team one week ago on the road. Pretty strange. Can CAL POLY , a swept victim, return the favor to UH??? POLY can't use the tied arms' card this time,...the Lady'Stangs should be well rested for Sat.'s match!
CAL POLY needs to show-up tonight. Meaning they don't want what happened 24 hours ago to the UH wahine to happen to them. There is a thin edge between every team and sometimes emotions can make the difference. |

Playing down to the level of competition! It was, however, good to see Lizzy Markovska back in the line up with a team high 10 kills .348 pct. |

True freshman Chloe Leluge MB had 9 kills .615 hitting pct. |

Cal Poly has three freshman I really like in Deluge, Beshear and Herriyet. Three nice players to move the program forward.

It appears CAL POLY has four players who are Redshirt Juniors (athletically) that will be getting their undergrad degrees this June 2025. The question will all or none of the ladies be coming back as grad students next season??? Two have been starters on this season's team!!! |

The question will all or none of the ladies be coming back as grad students next season??? Two have been starters on this season's team!!! That question seems to have been answered. Honoring the graduating class at the start of Saturday's UCI v. CAL POLY match,...five Lady'stangs with their parents came forward. Emme Bullis and Annabelle Thalken appear to be returning as grad students next season. |

Interesting Marchovska was honored, and has one year of elgibility left. so likely either hanging it up for career or transferring possibly. She'll get some offers. |
