I mean yes. But passing a 2.3 for Serbia is about the same if not better than a 2.4 for USA due to system difference. Both are excellent. I I wasn’t necessarily saying Jegdic is better than JWO Not every setter requires 3 options. Besides, USA wastes the middle option most of the time anyway. I’m not sure USA can play Larson Kelsey. They don’t set the middles enough and their opposite isn’t terminal

Annie was plenty terminal last time they decided to optimize passing at the Olympics.
Not saying that’s the lineup I want though. Kinda hard to deny Plummer a shot with her play lately.

They don’t set the middles enough and their opposite isn’t terminal yeah, the biggest concern is, who's gonna terminate? But mostly, I'm poking fun at the passing stat obsession. You're right that a small difference means different things for different offensive systems, but the entire standard needs to be given a fresh look.

so Jegdic is the goat I knew she was ? I mean JWO outpassed her it seems like. Also, JWO's slump was more defensive than in receive, and she wasn't a diggero to begin with. IIRC, wasn't JWO even passing higher than that in Tokyo?

Can we get Plummer/Kelsey/JT as our pin trio pretty pleaseeeee <3 I also wouldn't hate Plummer/Larson or Larson/Frantti, but plz not Larson/Kelsey or Frantti/Plummer And then unless Poulter is back to her pre-injury form, give me Carlini starting along with Chi, and either Haleigh or Dana... I actually don't know who I want for our second MB
