Stevenson had a good couple of days
Friday night - beat Roanoke College 3-0
Saturday - beat New Paltz 3-0 and then beat Kean 3-1.

honestly you guys really want to know my sleeper pick of the 2024 season people talking hobart, new paltz, cal lu... gimme kean. these absolute dogs have no reason NOT to be top 10. lets recap.
season starts a little rocky, they drop two. thing is that one of them is to stevens, the reigning champs. then, they get in the lab for a week and perfect their craft, going 3-0 against PSUB. the boys have their season off to a great start , now being 4-2 until they meet hobart. apparently hobart has a real volleyball enthusiast on their team.
the Union boys go down in a 4 set loss. NOW here is where we get to the real argument. they sweep arcadia.

Arcadia as of 2/3/24 has defeated Cal Lu who was #1 in the frogjump polls and is now #4. I say give arcadia a break and split the difference and we rank them like #3. It is not a stretch to say that Kean has now upset #3 arcadia. the next week will be a real test with them playing vassar. im staying positive. AVCA. FrogJump. Give the people what they want. Give the people... Kean at 1.

Kean has some good stuff but to think their top dog is akin to thinking the sky is green and the grass is blue. |

arcadia gets the W against cal lu in 5. lots of parity in D3 this year, love to see it. new paltz is now new fartz as they lose to stevenson in 3 sets, good win for the men down in owings mills. ucsc is not f wording back as they lose to buff state, congrats bengals big win for a first year program. about to destroy a case of keystone and put on only one tavon austin senior highlights, iykyk Didn't realize UCSC vs Buff State was the Super Slugs' only match this week. I might need to get a new monitor because mine is telling me that they got a win against an undefeated top 5 team. I'll be swinging by Best Buy later methinks Personally think UCSC is a good team but I think that win against SJF shows that SJF just was not a top 5 team but rather closer to 10 along with UCSC. Can agree the lose to Buff state does not define them considering circumstances for the weekend. We will see later in the year as SJF and UCSC play again in California. |

If you are a player for Vassar behind that volley talk handle just say it. Thats all volley talk is nowadays is just players with fake user names trolling other teams. Me on the other hand, I am here for the love of the game. I love Eastern. Been watching eastern since their inaugural season in 19'. I have even branched my love out to other teams like Lancaster Bible and MIT. Both of those teams have absolute super heroes on their teams that go by "PMEvolleyball" and "Iron Man". When I say iron man I literally mean Robert downey Jr (omg im such a big fan im shaking). Its so awesome to watch the sport of D3 volleyball. Next year I am going to have a word with coach Bitzburger to make sure we set up a home tournament weekend hosting MIT and LBC and just for the hell of it we will have Ohio State come. They should want to come play power houses like us. Ugh, its so annoying when you guys all think that eastern is not going to be the best team around in the next 3 years. I see it in their eyes (I watch their games live) and its like nothing i've ever seen. They got volleyball in their blood. Start believing or get off my feed. Eastern is back in action tomorrow night against MAC reject Wilkes U. Lets show the colonels what MAC ball is all about. |

Stop glazing a mediocre 4-5 team with loses to E-town, Marymount, and Lancaster Bible. I say Vassar would wipe Kean because they are a group of fine individuals with a great coaching staff that plays the game of volleyball the right way. I hope your joking about Ohio State coming to you mickey mouse tournament, in what world is Eastern a "power house" |

Endicott heads to Regis college today @ 7:30pm after a rough weekend in Springfield. The Gulls look to bounce back after hitting .085 vs Lasell and .154 vs Vassar while getting swept in both matches. Should be a great match, personally I have Endicott winning in 4 sets. Expect a strong performance from Regis senior outside hitter Joesph Perez who is getting about 29 sets a game this season, and had 25 kills to open his year in a 5 set match vs American Int'l.

Eagles took it to the colonels tonight. Slow start but as strong of a finish as it gets. Go Eagles. 3-1 W. In bitzburger we trust!
