I wondered what he was talking about with that "bottom of the hill" stuff.

Great day today, so I am off on a bike ride. Maybe I'll run into you Wolfie at the intersection of Congress Springs Road and Skyline in about an hour and a half. I can give you a ride back downhill on my handlebars but your woofies will have to run. Can you change the bicycle for a steamroller and can you replace "on my handlebars" with oh, say "squished in my tracks?" Not like real life... more like what would happen to Wile E. Coyote in a Bugs Bunny cartoon. Beep! Beep!

From what I recall, it was near the bottom of the hill. I drove all the way to the top, parked in the Visitor section near the library, and then walked around. Then, I walked down, taking in the view and going through every building. When I finally got down the hill, there was Firestone Fieldhouse. Granted, it may not be at the very very bottom, but very close. And I don't remember that hill between Firestone Fieldhouse and Hwy 1 being so steep.
Yes, p=mv,
but it depends on the boulder: its mass, its shape (a triangular boulder would not roll so easily) and then, there's the friction.
Besides, I believe you can't get a straight shot from Firestone to the Pacific. There are obstacles along the way.

Woodside Priory is also kinda on a slopy hill.
Funny thing about Woodside Priory, where Cassie Perret matriculated, is that it's located in Portola Valley and yet, it's called Woodside Priory. Am I mistaken? Is it really on the Woodside side?
Anyway, I used to go jogging there all the time. I'd take my bicycle from my Menlo Park office and ride around Sand Hill Road and into Portola Valley. When I got to Woodside Priory, near Windy Hill btw, I got off my bike and went jogging in the soccer field. The first time, some lady told me I couldn't park my bike there. After she left, I just laid my bicycle on the grass and went for my jog. I grew to like it so I went there almost every day around noonish. That lady once came down to the field to remind me about not trespassing. I just nodded and said "Yes, ma'am," but when she left, I just continued my jog.
Then, I just got tired of it so I drove to Stanford and jogged on that track near Maples.
People always tell you to do stuff but I don't listen. It's not like they're going to call the cops. And they rarely do. So, I just do my thing, not hurting a fly.
I wish I had gone to see Cassie Perret play while she was at Woodside Priory (when little Roz Pelayo was coaching). Sadly, my schedule never allowed it.
