We have a new #1 but Hawaii was able to bring a serious challenge to LB. These are programs with a winning culture and work ethic that constitute the mainframe of elite volleyball, and it showed. Nevertheless, in terms of talent and experience, the loss of Spyros could be a major handicap in terms of having that extra bit to win the clutch games. I see UCLA and UCI slightly ahead of the Bows now. In the Miva, OSU needs a healthy Pasteur back to compete down the road with a Ball State in “crescendo”.
