Hobus is all Henno right now and Walter's is a nice compliment. Both hitting over .400.
Although hitting negative, Phillips is fun to watch. He'll be fun to watch in the coming years. Reminds me of former CSUN player Arvis Greene.

You can see it's a mental thing this team in particular still has to work through. So many out of character boneheaded plays or errors. They need to shake it off and seal this game.

I'm seeing that Tread struggles with his location when he's having to release from playing floor defense. It's like he loses track of where is he in relation to his transitioning hitters. The noise in the Stan makes it difficult to hear your hitters and their feedback. More work in the practice gym and studying more film of himself should help him fix this.
Hawaii is fortunate to have a young yet powerful attacker like Sakanoko.

Off season training and his participation in the off season strength and conditioning program (which he missed before the season) will do him so well for next season. |
