Surprised Blake didn’t make the cut is he still hurt? If he isn’t , I am shocked Blake didn’t make the final roster

He didn't play in HS CIF last weekend but was suited up. He also wasn't in any if the training pictures I saw from past weeks posted by NTDP including group shots. This roster has less west coast than any other I can remember. The 2005/2006 team was another level compared to this team. We will see how this group measure up against the rest of the regional age group national treams this week.

Noah Meabon looks absolutely incredible to me. He is 15 right now and touching around 12 feet. With determination, I think he could become an Olympian for us as good as Giba. Rochester/Buffalo media is about as clueless with him as they've been with Anderson. If he locks in he will be playing in 2028 for sure. You his uncle or something? Don’t get me wrong at all, he seems like a decent recruit, but I think we’re getting a little ahead of ourselves calling him a lock for the 28 Olympics 😭

Pretty sure he was around 11'10" at the USA training.

If he was terrible, which is possible, why would he be put on the roster? At worst he will turn in to a DeFalco type of player and start in a few Olympics. He's extremely gifted. Playing for USA U19 at 15 will put him on the radar of Speraw and most good European clubs and a lot more. did you see DeFalco play when he was 15/16? Did you see what he was doing to the jr competition at that age? How about Leon at that age(who many think is the best pin in the recent era)? "At worst a Defalco type player" is some major disrespect to TJ who is currently near the top in the world at his position, there isn't a lot of room to top that. Noah has a lot of potential, and a long way to go. Getting to be the worlds best is not easy and no one at 15/16 is a sure thing to make a top Olympic roster in the men's game.

Noah has potential, but TJ had tons of skill at that age. Maybe Noah is the next Jeff Menzel? He's an athletic freak, but there's a ton of skill development needed.

I think that this is a great comment. I was going to go with the old guy version... probably not Giba but more like Marcello Negrao. Giba was just a witch with skill and intuition. Same for DeFalco. Just a special confluence of physical ability and a gift for the game. Let the kid be a kid.

Any way to see what the players hit percentage wise? Go to the live stats posted up above and filter it by USA, and then Best attackers. Formula is (attacks-faults)/ total attempts. Idk why they track shots, as that’s just attempts that didn’t result in a kill or error

I think he can jump and has an arm but he needs to go somewhere that can develop him , UCLA or Hawaii? If he picks USC his chances at developing to play at super high level after ncaa will not be good.

Did anyone watch? Care to report about it? It was close but US was in the lead probably 95% of the match. Just some silly errors and inconsistency in receive kept Canada in the mix.
