I'm not sure if this is a hot take, but I believe the at larges will go to the losers of the MPSF final and the Big West final, making a potential UCI - Hawaii semifinal match a win-or-go-home thing.
I guess if GCU loses to Stanford tonight some might argue differently, but assuming we get GCU-UCLA and LBSU-(Hawaii or UCI) I think all four of those finalists get spots making the games less important than that Hawaii UCI semifinal.

The more interesting scenario is if Stanford beat GCU and UCLA and won the MPSF, would the committee give both 2 at-larges to two MPSF teams? There was some arguments earlier that they would not give to the 2 teams from the same conference.

I would probably say if LBSU wins the conference than yeah I think both mpsf teams should get it? Not too sure though...

So whoever will get into the BW championship match between Hawaii vs. Irvine will get the final one at-large assuming that LBSU beats CSUN tonight. I think with Ball State losing, Hawaii lost one of much needed key consideration in getting in over Irvine. With Irvine holding a win over Beach that Hawaii doesn't have, combined with KPI, Hawaii pretty much needs to win, it makes the job easy for the committee. If Northridge wins the BWCT. Kind of weird but Hawaii-Irvine match winner left out. I give NOrthridge a fighting chance vs Beach, they have to be feeling pretty comfortable in that arena at this point. #1 or #2 seed. UCLA or Beach.prob UCLA unless UCLA loses the MPSF final. #3 GCU, remotely possible Beach if Beach loses to NOrth, and GCU beats UCLA. WOuld the committee somehow put GCU #4 if Beach ended up #1, & Hawaii/Irvine #3 - pretty sure everyone would want to have Big West & MPSF teamsnot face off potentially to teh final. If Beach wins BWCT, GCU beats UCLA< I don't see how the committee avoids a 2-3 UCLA-GCU seeding though. WOuld they just come out and say 'hey we really want potential Big West - MPSF pairings in the final should the teams win, so we mucked around with seeding a bit to make it so'....nah, they'd never admit that? #4-6 Hawaii, Irvine Penn State, Ohio State, Lindenwood, GMU. #6: Northridge if it wins BWCT, and NOrthrdige would have FOUR top five wins. #7: Conf Carolina #8: SIAC the all upset Crazy NCAA UCLA #1 Beach #2 GCU #3 NOrth #5/4 Lindenwood #4/5 GMU #6? CC SIAC the 'sorry but you couldn't beat a top 5 team decision', GCU gets left out despite #2/3 KPI?

I don't either, just that unless Lindewood beats Ohio State or NOrthridge wins the BWCT, GCU will not have beat any one of the NCAA teams in the tourny, if they lose to UCLA

Northridge sniffing at the BWT Championship is quite a hot take all by itself.

SIAC bracket updated. Congratulations to Fort Valley State!
No offense to the team, but they'll probably be the 8th Seed
