I’m not sure how it would be handled in prison or jail. The Secret Service coordinates with many local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Theoretically the Secret Service takes the lead, but I could see them stepping back. There have apparently been discussions with NY state and NYC over how a Trump imprisonment might go. At the very least there are indications that Trump could face jail time for contempt in Rikers for his continued violations of Judge Merchan’s orders.

Trump lives in his own universe: Donald Trump Tries to Shake Witness's Hand Donald Trump approached Rhona Graff, his former personal assistant and a witness in his hush money payment trial, on Friday, shocking some people in the courtroom. The jury heard testimony from Graff, who worked for Trump for 34 years, from October 1987 to April 2021, on Friday afternoon. During her testimony, Graff described Trump as a "thoughtful" boss, according to Newsweek's Katherine Fung, who has been reporting on the trial from inside the courtroom. After Graff's testimony, Trump tried to shake her hand, according to Fung. Prosecutors asked for a sidebar conversation with the judge before the next witness. The interaction left people in the courtroom confused, according to Fung, who couldn't see Graff's reaction. www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-shake-witness-rhona-graf-hand-trial-1894769

Prosecutors Reveal Who’s Paying the Lawyers for Trump’s Longtime Assistant When Manhattan District Attorney prosecutors called their second witness in Donald Trump’s criminal case on Friday, they wanted the jury to note who is paying for the lawyers for this prosecution witness: Trump. Rhona Graff, who served as Donald Trump’s executive assistant and so-called gatekeeper for 34 years, was called by prosecutors on Friday to testify in her former boss’ criminal hush-money trial. And almost immediately, Assistant District Attorney Susan Hoffinger elicited an important disclosure from Graff—that the Trump Organization is paying for her lawyers. nz.news.yahoo.com/prosecutors-reveal-paying-lawyers-trump-195644654.html

You Nellie Olsen’s of the Democrat party are so hopeful. But yet this case is so weak. Everything they’ve talked about so far is not against the law. What a disaster. All those cases of 91 indictments pretty much down the drain.

Not a single person from Trump's family has supported him by showing up in court.

Not sure that means what you think/hope it does. What does it mean? Could mean any number of things, including not wanting to be bothered by questions from the press concerning a trial that they may see as a witch hunt. It's possible that they didn't want to add fuel to the fire. Of course this is as much speculation on my part. Same as you trying to glean significance from their absence in the courtroom. Both Don jr. and Eric have been on "friendlier" media outlets talking about whether or not they see these charges as legitimate.

It could also mean they don't have the character to defend and support their dad or husband.

You also don't know if Trump told them not to come to the trials or asked them to come to the trials. So much you don't know and eagerly display the depths of, on this forum.

Maybe Trump hasn’t told anyone—especially Melania—hoping that they won’t find out. lol
