Hawaii hit .286 to UCSD's 263.
Hawaii had 7 blocks and 28 digs to the UCSD's 9 blocks and 28 digs.
Cherfan had 16 kills and hit .406 to lead the Triton's while Alaka'i had 15 kills and hit .344.
The Warriors tallied 10 aces and 18 service errors ot the Triton's 5 aces and 17 service errors.
While Hawaii became more error prone as the match went on, I liked how they turned it around in set 4. I also enjoyed watching UCSD give it a good go. Who knows what will happen tomorrow?

Sakanoko ends the game hitting .350 he is doing really well for the frosh! He really turned it around in the last set! He also kept his service errors low with only 4. A very encouraging performance that I hope shows that he is trending the right direction. |

Sakanoko ends the game hitting .350 he is doing really well for the frosh! A lot of talent graduating this year, but Rosenthal, Sakanoko, Nusterer now stepping up, Choy, and what I have heard about the incoming recruiting class, means maybe bumps along the way, but a lot of talent, going forward! |

Really wondering what is going on with Chaz Galloway. Being a Senior, is he Okay with not playing? I mean, as much as we all like Keoni Thiim, he cannot be that much better then Chaz Galloway, that Keoni is able to take the Starting Outside Hitter position away from Chaz Galloway. With all the playing experience Chaz Galloway has, it seems that Chaz has quit trying. You would think Chaz would fight for his Starting Outside Hitting Position, but I just do not see it. Give Keoni Thiim credit, he worked and fought for the Starting Outside Hitter position.
