Slight's last couple of matches have cemented him as the #1 setter in the country. Ohio State is playing well, but GCU's offense is just otherworldly right now.

I'm not sure who did the announcing for the D3 Final Four, but they are way better than these announcers. Can we get them?
EDIT: Color commentator is fine. The play-by-play guy is making me cringe with how often he is just dead wrong.

The play-by-play guy is making me cringe with how often he is just dead wrong. The play-by-play guy (Daniel Gillman) makes the mistake of trying to out-color the color guy (Rob St Claire). He'd be ok if he stuck to calling the play. |

Slight's last couple of matches have cemented him as the #1 setter in the country. Ohio State is playing well, but GCU's offense is just otherworldly right now. Slight is sooo good with execution, decision making, deceptiveness, getting all his hitters involved. He runs the middle better than any other team I've seen this season. This GCU team is so fun to watch and solid all around. I would not be surprised if they win the whole thing. They may be a bit undersized, but I think the quality of play is better than the other final four teams. |

Last year they had two personalities at Fairfax who knew the game, were passionate, knew their audience and were entertaining. Doesn't the NCAA screen these guys or ask input from the planning committee? My goodness, the championship is in SoCal were there is plenty of onscreen talent who could step in. Please tell me that these guys aren't on there Thursday. |
