Was tom the last team usa player to play in the olympics while still in college? Im assuming besides that, the closest was Lowe? As it was two years after? Ogonna Nnamani played in the Athens Olympics in 2004 and then returned to Stanford for her senior year and led them to an NCAA championship.

Butler was definitely the better blocker today between her and Hall which was a surprise to me

I was ready to let Frantti go but some of those kills today oof I think her and Skinner fit better with Poulter’s setting style compared to Plummer. But I also think Poulter should have the ability to make any outside look good.

Butler was definitely the better blocker today between her and Hall which was a surprise to me I think stats wise some of those blocks got credited to M Skinner but happened bc Hall was quick to the pins and closed effectively. They were a formidable blocking duo for sure.

I’m confused. Why is Turkey listed as Türkiye, but Germany isn’t listed as Deutschland, etc.?

I’m confused. Why is Turkey listed as Türkiye, but Germany isn’t listed as Deutschland, etc.? the UN adopted the Türkiye internationally, so probably FIVB is honoring that
