Based solely on this match, Fleck was not great, Poulter is a work in progress and got pretty gassed at one point, I know Thailand will do that. Avery Skinner is solid.

some of ya'll are going to be SHOOK when Plummer gets cut and both A. Skinner and Frantti go. i wouldnt be surprised tbh if that happens, especially if plummer is still expected to play 6 rotation. They just wouldnt medal and we would be right back here next summer. Zero chance of medaling with that roster

Great first match for M Skinner. I'm happy to see them trying her out at Opposite. As someone else mentioned, the USA needs more competition at Opposite. I don't think Thompson or Drews are "smart" hitters in terms of their ability to see the block and the floor to make good decisions. I also like Madi's speed and agility. It will be interesting to see how she fairs against tougher competition.
