Sophie Fischer's bubbly character reminds me of Poland's Korneluk. And I can foresee a lot of success at the pro level with her signature 'throw'.

And I can foresee a lot of success at the pro level with her signature 'throw'. do we think it's a signature, or does she not have time/space for a full swing with the set? I haven't followed Georgia much over the years so I can't say I know her playing style.

Franklin is that girl. Hudson can develop into KRob. Mruzik and Landfair are not adjusting to this level yet. And there are more options. I'm excited for LA. this is not meant to be snarky but do you watch Purdue LOL

I haven't followed her enough to know when she started using it, but it looks a lot like what you'd see among hitters in European leagues.

Two of these are better off at opposite. saying (not you, OP) it's bleak based off one tournament, where its the first time they're playing with mikasa is a stretch.... not even counting there's several OHs at home that are just as good. Franklin is that girl. Hudson can develop into KRob. Mruzik and Landfair are not adjusting to this level yet. And there are more options. I'm excited for LA. Please don’t do Mrs Kelsey Robinson Cook like that

Clearly a bit more challenging than the last two games. It looked a little rough for half the team, but numbers wise, most of the team played well. Beason and Hudson should've been the starters from the beginning of this game.
Team: 57-16-112, 0.366, 9b, 6a, passed 72% excellent w/ 5 errors
Babcock: 5-2-12, 0.250, 2b Beason: 13-3-19, 0.526, 1a Booth: 3-1-5, 0.400, 2b Fischer: 8-1-13, 0.538, 3b, 2a Franklin: 13-2-24, 0.458, 2b, 71% excl w/ 1 error on 31 passes Hudson: 9-3-20, 0.300, 79% excl w/ 0 errors on 14 passes Landfair: 0-1-1, -1.000 Miner: 3-0-4, 0.750, 1a Mruzik: 3-3-14, 0.000, 2a, 29% excl w/ 1 error on 7 passes
Rodriguez: 19 digs, 83% excl w/ 3 errors on 23 passes

But, seriously, how far is Franklin away from being good enough for the Olympics?

I’m ready for Franklin with the senior NT should she take Plummer's spot? 🤣🤣

alright if Cuba can hold on to this second set against Canada.. it will help my agenda of making this match start as late as possible. If it goes 5 even better.
I guess there's a decent chance Puerto Rico sweeps Mexico, but, hopefully Mexico takes a least a set.
