I had a 1% chance of beating Kingsley anyways but Vaulet dropped 4 aces in a sweep and now Kaya Weaver has 11 blocks and 3 aces halfway through the third set so it is now 0% chance

eazy I’m sorry Drop: Hayden Kubik, OH, Tennessee Add: Charitie Luper, OH, Louisville eazy I love a homer pick and I think Luper has a higher and more predictable ceiling in certain categories… maybe 🤣

Sigh. I brought this up as happening before as a potential unfortunate part of our scoring system, and of course, it's happening again. Kentucky's played 14 sets on the week. In set #14, Delaney Hogan finally comes in for rainbowbadger in her first action of the season. She gets 3 kills and 3 blocks in one set. So, for the week, she gets to count her stats as 3.00 kills and 3.00 blocks per set for playing in one single set against a cupcake opponent. I guess there's flaws potentially whether you do divided by sets played or sets teams played in, but getting 3 blocks/set added on to your score when you look around the league scoreboard that's more than half of what a lot of teams are getting... seems problematic.

Definitely unfortunate, but I fear there's no right answer. DeLeye just ended with 5-1-10, 3 aces in 2 sets. Would be a shame to punish her for getting benched because the opponent was too easy. Similarly, Kennedy Martin goes down with 6.25 kps and 1.75 bps. Would be a shame to divide her stats by ~12 instead of 4 because she got hurt in the first match vs third.

I can't remember if I said it here, or in a PM to someone, but, I thought I mentioned the potential of having a *minimum* number of sets played to be divided by. Basically, divide by the number of sets a player played in, but it always has to be AT LEAST three. So in the instance of DeLeye and Martin, they wouldn't have to change their number of sets played, because it was at least above the minimum of three (I could even stomach two).

I actually wouldn't mind that at all. Seems like a good idea. I'd be curious how often that would come into play. Would also fix Josh Taylor randomly throwing in someone as a serving sub one time for the entire week, right avid 2.0 ?

If a player doesn't get minimum sets played, can you still sub them out as if they hadn't played or do they just count as zeroes?
