Yeah, pretty much. It’s either podium or bust - if it’s not gonna be top 3, I’m indifferent where I fall in the standings. I cared more last time when I had my crazy, heartbreaking losses at the beginning of the season and then made a huge charge late. It was nice for me to get close to the podium even if it were out of reach. Now? Nah. I'm over it. I was over it after my BS loss to Trojan and UofAgrad a few weeks ago… some inconsistency of my team notwithstanding there were just too many weeks where the lucky breaks didn’t fall my way this year. |
