so in year four (base salary + bonuses) $45k is the average up to $75k for 5 or 6 weeks of volleyball...room & board is cover by the league & other things as well (i believe health insurance or health care while there, etc)...the league also matches all players' bonuses to donate to a charity of their choice i could be off but this is what i saw posted *in 2021 the first year of the league a $10,000 guarantee, and up to $35,000 in bonuses for each player I think the 45k/75k is softball. Im pretty sure volleyball is lower but i dont see an specific amount for 2024 listed. Well you guys are no help at all 😜 |

It looks like Abercrombie has pretty much secured first place, as she's currently 506 points ahead of Betty. Even if Betty wins all 3 sets tomorrow (earning 180 points) and gets MVP 1 (60 points), she would still need to score over 250 additional points more than Abercrombie. That seems pretty unlikely.

The finale not even being on TV is quite lame. But it looks like basketball starts today (I wonder if that could've been planned around)....
I wonder how much longer AUVB will last... being the same time as NCAAVB isnt helping anyone (like even for me its too much to pay attention to)
Abercrombie looks pretty safe for #1, Betty at #2. The rest of the top 4 will be interesting though.
Looks like Briggs has an injury and missed this weekend.

I had never heard of Brittany Abercrombie, but she’s pretty impressive.Pretty amazing Morgan Hentz is in the top 5 considering a libero has way fewer chances to get points.

Unless AU softball, basketball, et al goes down too, I think VB is safe. |

Wow Abercrombie finally lost a match but what a season she had for AU. Hentz ending up 4th as a libero shows how much of a winner she is.
