Obviously the potential is there and I wish them the best. Middle position specially can be dominant but St.X recruited Kyle Petrusch who I think has the biggest potential as the middle in the upcoming class. Was watching this kid playing in highschool and I think he will be cooking this upcoming season. No Jan Lopuch on SXU roster this year? Didn’t realize he transferred to William Jessup That is a big loss for Saint Xavier. Not surprised he wanted to make the jump to D1/D2 but a little surprised he went to a new startup program and didn't go to Menlo or Vanguard. Maybe that wasn't an option? Wonder if Kyle Steele did a little recruiting at nationals this last year. Wonder how many other NAIA guys he will have on the roster.

Bethel has informed players and recruits that Snider is no longer with the program. Wonder what the story is on that one? He does have a history of short stints with programs, but seems like a step up in most cases. Looks like he went to D1- UNC Wilmington as an assistant coach. Moving from head coach and assistant AD at the NAIA level to assistant coach at a D1 school. I imagine that pay has got to be better. Since 2007: 2 years- Stonehill College (W) 1 year- University of Mary (W) 2 years- US Coast Guard Academy (W) 3 years- Coker College (M) 1 year- Warner University (M) 4 years- Campbellsville University (W/M) 2 years- Bethel University (M/Assistant AD)

Was looking at BenU's roster, looks like Rogers and Fuller are both coming back for another year. Interesting that both brothers that were setting last year aren't on the roster anymore. Anyone know where they went?

Was looking at BenU's roster, looks like Rogers and Fuller are both coming back for another year. Interesting that both brothers that were setting last year aren't on the roster anymore. Anyone know where they went? Daxton was a senior last year, so it stands to reason he graduated and went on his way. Interesting that his brother isn't back, though. I would be interested to see if he went somewhere else to play. Maybe they both found a new home, but it would be odd that they left BenU. Problems there? It also raises the question who sets for this team. I see 3 setters on the roster. One, Jakaitis, is a returning sophomore, but it doesn't look like he set for any significant amount of time last year. Anyone know anything about his skills? Same for the one incoming freshman, Fontanabona. I can't find anything on-line about him. The third setter is Minarcik, a sophomore transfer (from Simpson). He was second-tier junior player in Arizona and couldn't hang at Simpson, so it seems like they are in trouble if they're relying on him. Seems more likely he just decided to come home and will keep the bench warm at his new school. Am I missing anyone? Do they have anyone even half as good as Daxton? Doesn't bode well for their chances this year in the re-tooled GSAC. Nice add with LeDeff, though. He was really good at Saint Katherine last year. I can see him as the OH2 opposite Fuller. Hopefully Landon is healthy. He's a joy to watch when he is.

I have a 6’3 lefty RS with one more year eligibility left. He is looking for somewhere to call home this last season. He is ready to enroll in Jan 2025.

Jamestown is having lots of issues with transition to NCAA. They will still play NAIA this year with no conference and majority of schools are refusing to play them. They may hardly have any games scheduled which is causing players to leave. Does it have to do with Jamestown past history of bad sportsmanship that nobody wants to play them. I’ve also heard some rumors that they have reached out to some D3 teams to play them What previous bad sportsmanship? This is wrong just a heads up, it's tough to get matches all the way in North Dakota just an fyi.

The only thing I can think of is the way Riley Salmon acted at the end of the match against Park at the 2021 National Championship tournament. (After the way Park acted against BenU the following year, I think blame can probably be laid on both Jamestown and Park).

Creating a new thread for the NAIA enthusiasts to start discussing news that will impact the 2025 season. is Battle of the Garbage Dump Part 2 the final anime or will there be another season? Seems there's too much story for 1 movie

Big transfer news for both the quality of player and what it could mean to the coaching staff of Jamestown. Cayden Cox is transferring to Saint Xavier. Wonder if that means Travers Cox is out as coach at Jamestown (still showing him as coach on their website). Strange to see his son transfer out to another NAIA school. About Jamestown, they lost their all good pieces. Also Coach Cox had to quit because his family issues. And 2022-2023 outside player Downey took to head coach position. I know there is nothing wrong with the program. The only bad thing about Jamestown is the weather and the fact that it's in the middle of nowhere. Jamestown has always done quality work. They sent a lot of quality players to D1 and D2. I hope everything goes well for them.
