I stand by my picks. I am 0-3, but every pick was the right one. These were 3 upsets. I went out on a limb, maybe, with SF over SD, but, as the home team, the Dons was the right pick. Oh well. You're in good company, Ruffda.......ME!

Well, to keep your streak going,
St Johns just swept Louisville Ohio State is up 2-1 over Purdue, and leading in the 4th game 25-22 Kentucky and Florida just started their 5th game Utah leading BYU 23-20 in the first game...
(OTOH, life looks good in your neck of the woods -- Minnesota over Michigan, 2-0 (each by a margin of two points).)

Purdue pulls it out.
I've had it with BYU. The Stanford win was obviously a fluke.
St. Johns? SAINT JOHNS??

St. Johns ought to have been an obvious pick (R)!.
They played well last week, they were at home, and Louisville hasn't been playing all that well at all.
You're 3-6 so far...
Utah beat BYU Missouri State beat Wichita State
You can get to .500 with LBSU / UCSB, Cal / ASU, and USC / Washington still being played.

There were 4 of you who picked St. Johns. Fess up. You had been drinking. Heavily.

No. You're not alone in last place yet. You might even be able to catch up to publius if all remaining matches go exactly your way.

Colorado beats Oklahoma and I tie publius. Otherwise he wins by 2.
And tying publius, of course, is the only reason I play...

Well there's your reason not to concede.

Colorado beats Oklahoma and I tie publius. Otherwise he wins by 2. And tying publius, of course, is the only reason I play... I just came back from Barboza, er Stanford, hammering Arizona 3-0. I am happy I did not put that match into the contest, seeing as I have the jinx going this week-end. Lowered expectations, eh (R)? Now the only reason to play is to TIE publius, not beat him? I'll have to say I went back and forth on BYU/Utah; the fact that BYU hadn't lost a home match in a bazillion years, including the last match there agains Utah, convinced me to go with BYU. I also had St Johns over Louie, but then--doesn't that say it all? -- but then thought little school gotta fall apart when perennial Big East power (yes, an oxymoron, I know) shows up. Duh. Mo State couldn't even take Northern Ia, so Wichital State at home was a no brainer, right? So much for masochism; time to look at the Hawaii and Stanford stats to get an upper

Oh I forgot to tell you why I picked Oklahoma over Colorado. Never mind. 50/50 chance of a bit of revisionism tomorrow night if I spill the beans tonight. , or is it

Te Big East is a mess so far this year.
Notre Dame and Louisville losing to "everyone" and St. Johns beat Pittsburgh on the road (I believe) last weekend.
