Just look at the tremendous success Carter has had at Kent State. Give Skinner his do. He has done a great job. The reason they struggle on the road, is that their leftside (which anchors teams) is not very good. Your gonna be up and down when this is the case.

I completely agree that Skinner has done a wonderful job. Britenriker and Rumley, (kids that he brought in) are also a BIG part of Kentucky's success. Skinner has developed a system that his players buy into and thrive under. The talent that was there when he arrived did help him get the ball rolling much faster than it would have without a strong foundation to build from.
It may be unfair to discount Carter's success at Kent State. He works hard and is a very good recruiter. That program was heading downhill when he arrived and his very talented first recruiting class are this year's freshmen. Kent's 2007 class is also very good. They are a better team than they have been over the last few years. Don't be surprised to see that program take an upward turn for the better very soon once a foundation has been established.
