30-26, 30-22, 30-22.
Probably the most complete match of the season for Florida. Passing, digging, blocking, kills, just an all around great effort. Only complaint is too many service errors. Where to start. Marcie and Kisya on the outside, combined for 23 kills, 2 errors(Marcie 0), that was easily the best match for the outside duo. Amber McCray was the difference in games 1 and 2, totally unstoppable, she had 14 kills. Kelsey and KJ played really solid in the middle. Angie had great passing all night to work with and she set well. The MVP for the match is Elyse Cusack. Her passing was great all day(same for Marcie) and she was flying all over the court with 23 digs. In 3 games, that is highly impressive. And let's not forget, she's still not practicing. They have yet to drop a game since she returned full time as the libero after her injury. She just makes everything go. Best freshman libero I've ever seen.
For LSU, they looked tired by the middle of game 2. I don't know how she's so good, cause if you just watch Romero, she just looks so lazy out there, but she is really a terrific setter. She got her hitters a lot of one on one looks early on and was doing a nice job of spreading things around. They have some young players who made some young player mistakes that really deflated them late in games 1 and 2 as the teams were even to 20's at that point but Florida stepped it up.
Halfway through the season and Florida now leads the SEC, but they still have road trips to Bama, UT, Arky and LSU, which will be tough.

For LSU, they looked tired by the middle of game 2. Yeah, I think LSU came in all excited but at the point in game 2 when the arena got quiet and the LSU player on the bench yelled "one pass" it sounded so desperate, and that is when they started falling apart from how they began...I really think that was the turning point of the game because theiur playing after that seemed to show they no longer believed they were in it.
