Questions about Huskernside. Is every volleyball game available ?? Is the video much like TV or does it hesitate ?? Is the image clear?? Are you pleased with the service so far??? Thanks in advance. Appreciate it !

Overall, I'm reasonably pleased. I'm a huge Husker VB fan, though, so to me anything is better than nothing.
Most games are on, but not all. I guess maybe some gyms won't let them record or are unsuitable for some reason.
I thought the customer service last year was much better than this year. I've had problems this year on my home laptop, despite the fact that it was the same on I used last year without issues. They have been unable to help me resolve them. I have twice e-mailed at the start of the game with problems viewing, and they have waited over 24 hours to respond, so certainly no real-time help during the game.
The picture is very small, so it is hard to really see what is going on in detail, but it isn't grainy and it doesn't seem to "pause" or get stuck, it stays real-time.
Sometimes the radio and video are linked, so you can hear the commentary as you watch. Other times you just get the crowd noise from the background. If you try to turn on the radio to listen separately, then you find that the radio and video aren't synchronized, so you hear/see something before you see/hear it.
Again, I'm pleased in the sense that it's better than nothing, but they still have room for improvement. You can also watch the Husker Volleyball Show and Coach Cook's weekly press conferences on it, usually the day after they happen.
Hope this helps.

I have Huskersinside for more than volleyball. I like the football features and watching basketball games online. For volleyball, it does leave a little to be desired. Like huskerfan said, not every game is broadcast which can be irritating because the texas game last week wasn't and I don't get ESPNU. The video quality is usually acceptable and they tend to get camera angles that are decent. I haven't had many technical problems and therefore cannot comment on the customer service. The biggest thing that disappoints me is that they have practically no games archived that you can go back and watch if you missed it live.
I would reccomend trying it out for 1 month ($10, or they might have a special trial price), and see if it meets your needs. I've got a feeling though that you might not want to pay for it if volleyball is the only thing you're going to use it for mostly because they don't guarantee to broadcast video for every game and the radio is free. Another reason is that sometimes they will offer free webcasts of games. I remember they've done that for tournament games the last couple years.
Forgot to mention that they do have all the archived "John Cook Volleyball Shows" which are pretty good. Lots of insight from JC, highlights, player features, etc. That's a plus.

The video feeds are supplied by the home team. Some feeds are of better quality than others. Last season I was told by the NSide people that the match at Texas would not be available because Texas would not permit it. As for the small picture - there should be a full screen right clip option. The full screen will not be as clear as the small view. Also, if you use Firefox as your browser there is a 200% right clip option. That is usually a good compromise between screen size and picture quality.

I too have had a lot of trouble this year with the HuskerNside. Didn't have any trouble last year. Also, most web-streamed matches are home matches. Every once in a great while you might see an away match, for example I think last year's Kansas match was and I know a match at Boulder was one year. As far as quality, its pretty good expecially when they just feed the NETV broadcast into the video, then its just like watching it on TV.
