Not sure I've seen this before: Belmont played Wichita State in the AM and Missouri State in the PM -- AT Wichita State, then AT Missouri State.
They lost both matches.

According to the box score on Belmont's website they played Wichita State in Springfield, not Wichita.
But nonetheless a strange scheduling.

You're right. It was wrong at the Kern site (now corrected). That makes more sense, especially since Wichita State played Mo State the night before.

It's an interesting scheduling approach, and I like it. The Valley has those weekends where they only play their travel partner. It is a nice creative way to get some matches in.
A couple of years ago, UNI had Bradley play in their tournament on the first weekend of conference play. It gave both teams a chance to get three matches, whereas they would usually only get one.

There's a limit on 28 days of competition. However - they seem to have scheduled 28 matches in 23 days. Maybe they're trying to save on travels costs.

I've never heard of Belmont. I only remember them from last year's NCAA men's basketball tournament. They are the Belmont Bruins and had to face the UCLA Bruins in the first round.
