Um, what more would he have accomplished? Your assertion of less may be true, but your assertion of accomplished awhole lot more doesn't make any sense at all.

I find it amazing. If all of us, who are not volleyball gurus such as John Cook can see that the sets are too low, then why can't he. And, if he does, why doesn't he fix it before its too late. Baffling. Then you'd hate to watch Nellie Spicer set UCLA's hitters; and she's probably the best setter in the country. Just because a hitter isn't hitting the ball fully extended doesn't mean that the setter's location is too low.

if they broke up the PAC and sent their top 4 team into 4 different regionals it is conceivable that you could have and all PAC-10 Final Four! Now wouldn't that just piss off the NCAA pogues! ;D Or no Pac-10 teams... If PSU gets sent to UW along with Cal ... and Nebr gets sent to UH along with USC ... and Stanford gets sent to UT ... and UCLA gets sent to Florida, I can see it being 0fer or 4fer.

Hawaii's not in the Pac-10. If that's directed to my previous post regarding: ... and Nebr being sent to UH along with USC I'm aware that UH isn't in the Pac-10 and didn't indicate that they were. They are simply hosting as is UT and UF (which I also realize are not in the Pac-10). If you were refering to some other post... then never mind.

Stanford to Hawaii, PSU to Texas, Nebraska to Florida, Washington is the big winner!

Stanford to Hawaii, PSU to Texas, Nebraska to Florida, Washington is the big winner! God. I sure hope Florida doesn't have to play Nebraska that early again. Blech.

Stanford to Hawaii, PSU to Texas, Nebraska to Florida, Washington is the big winner! I'd actually phrase it more like, "Stanford, PSU & Nebraska would be the big winners." Not having to play in the Washington regional will be huge. Defending National Champion and a top 5 team that seldom ever loses at home. If you're a #1 seed, then the Washington regional is definitely the one you want to avoid. And Washington might be a #1 seed when we get to the tournament.
