I can't believe that some schools will go this far to win a championship. What a bunch of Cheaters! I guess mormans feel that the only way they can compete against other 21 year old Seniors in College is by taking a 3 year mission and coming back to compete in the NCAA as a 26 year old Senior. I think the NCAA needs to change this rule for Religious Cults ;D oops I mean groups!
I would also like to know why teams like BYU need to have the entire Brazilian National Team play volleyball for their school. What, you don't have confidence in your own Morman kids.

I have never heard of "Mormans." If you are going to make irrelevant comments that are nothing more than slandering at least mask your utter ignorance. A player of any other religion can go out on a religious mission, it is just that the Mormons are dedicated enough as a whole Church to have such a significant population do so. I doubt the NCAA will punish people acting selflessly in remote parts of the world.
Though what does this post have anything to do with volleyball? How about discussing how to stop BYU on the court? UCLA has done it once, so has CSUN and Pepperdine did it in January. It can be done.

BigBanger, grow up. You have some personal issues to deal with. So, you or your kid didn't make the cut and feel slighted because of whatever excuses you can come up with. Face it. You just aren't good enough, and with troll posts like this one you are again proving it.
Why don't you throw in some disparaging racist remarks while you're at it, maybe threaten to kill a baby or something. You're not too far from that as it is.
You are entitled to your opinions, but this is just vagrant trolling and, to be quite frank, your opinion seems to be one that should not be respected.

BigBanger~ Don't you have better things to do than to post the same thing that's been posted in many other forms again?

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH! So what! Kill me, I didn't spell Mormon right! Hell, it's not even a religion! Anyways, my point is, why do some univeristies have to go into other countries and provided foreigners with full ride scholarships, when there are so many home grown All American USA kids that get overlooked. I think each school should be limited to providing only 1 foreign scholarship in each sport. It takes twice the amount of money to bring in a foreigner than a US athlete. It's just like companuy providing jobs for other countries when you could give those jobs to people of your own country.

It's just like companuy providing jobs for other countries when you could give those jobs to people of your own country. You're quite the endearing fellow, when you get to know you, bigbanger. The US beef commission is going to start suing you, by the way. You're red neck is luring all the bulls to you. You were better off with the one troll post, people could give you the benefit of the doubt, now you've spoken again and removed all doubt that you are just an ignorant fool. I suggest taking some time to expand your horizons, widen your view. If you weren't stuck in a little hole you could see just how moronic you sound. I think the saddest thing about you is that you're not the only one like you in this country. It scares me. So now that I've pretty much flat out called you a loser, I think I'll get back to the sport at hand. Your opinion is noted, wrong as most of it is. You're not the only one that wants to limit America just to America, but thank goodness you're in the minority. If you had half a clue, you'd realize that people are people wherever you are, and that their religion, age, ethnicity, or gender most of the time do not fit the stereotype they have. In your case, I'd say there is an exception. It is fairly obvious that you or your son couldn't hack it at the collegiate level and are looking for excuses to make yourself feel better. It still all boils down to this: life isn't fair. This is a global world and economy, think about that next time you make a post on your computer whose parts were most definitely not all made in the US of A!

I guess mormans feel that the only way they can compete ....blah, blah, blah It's really amazes me how the term "Cheaters" jumps to the forefront when a team is winning. Where were your posts last year about the alleged BYU cheaters when they were playing Lewis in one of the finest championship matches you could witness? Oh, I'm sorry. Maybe you had your underwear in a bunch over Lewis at that time. Maybe Roger should begin a new place for posting these kinds of comments. He could call it the Wine Room and you could all bring your own crackers. ;D

There is another world out there besides volleyball you know! Ha.........I'm a loser.............take a good look in the mirror Child! you are awesome. (sarcasm). I have heard of BYU cheating but your arguments are so goofy I just have to laugh. So thank you for causing some comical relief while I study for finals. Let me show your illogical arguments. 1. "Morman" missionaries don't go for 3 years. Try two. 2. You start out by complaining about the mormon kids and then move to the foreign players. Are you really that desperate to grab at this many straws. The foreign kids aren't mormon. So who are you mad at the mormon kids or the foreign players? 3. "All the foriegn players are getting full rides." Unbelievable. I thought that the NCAA only gave 4.5 scholarships to Men's volleyball teams. If that was the case that means 4 full rides went to the 4 foreign players on the BYU squad which leaves a half of a scholarship for the other 12 players on the team. WOW. 4. Man if you played at a D1 school with a full ride you must be Ryan Millar, George Romain, Yuval Katz, Karch Kiraly or some amazing superstar. Or that you played for a really pathetic school and they could afford to give you a full ride cause they had no one else on the team. Anyway you look at it why cry. 5. Last but not least. I haven't heard someone call another person a cheater since kindergarten. Any way you look at it, it was because they were getting their butts kicked. Keep posting. I love these posts. they make me smile. Jeff Foxworthy has nothing on you.
