I heard he wasn't coming back yesterday morning from a friend and then another friend sent me that story. Although not a whole lot of people knew about Ollie compared to Albert and Alberta, all the people who sit by me loved him and he had a strong cult following. A few people are mad Foley won't buy a new one and have started a petition for a new Ollie and me and a few other students are trying to pay tribute to him this Wednesday but we're still unsure exactly what we'll do although we have a few ideas.

LOVE the title! I had a laugh out loud belly laugh. This is not a laughing matter. For those who've never seen Ollie: Yeah, he might not look too cool in those but trust me, he was very entertaining.

First of all, you doofs, gators don't stand upright like Ollie. It's not in their internal skeletal structure. Second, gators are not that big.
Doofs.

Perhaps that's why he's "withering."
But I have to tell you, there's too many Naysayers in the world, too many legions of the "Can't Do Crowd." It's that sort of attitude that keeps some amphibians down in the swamp while others regularly attend sporting events. For that matter, it's that sort of attitude that separates the amphibians from the reptiles.
Next thing you'll be telling us is that Lil Red's head's all out of proportion to his body, that there's no way he can survive in the "Real World." Or that stuffing his head into his neck is bad for the vertabrae!
For shame!
