There have been 18 4 game matches this year in which the losing team outscored the winners. Ranked in order of the lowest point pct
1) Oregon over Cal at Cal (30-28, 13-30, 35-33, 30-25) (-8) 2) Pittsburgh over Notre Dame at ND (10-30, 30-25, 30-24, 33-31) (-7) (when you lose 30 - 10, it is easy to get outscored overall) 3) Tennessee over Loyola-Marymount at LMU (14-30, 31-29, 30-27, 30-25) (-6) 4) Illinois over Iowa at Iowa (19-30, 30-28, 31-29, 39-37) (-5) 5) Bradley over Albany (at Purdue) (30-28, 20-30, 30-28, 31-29) (-4) 6) St Louis over Northern Illinois (15-30, 30-28, 30-24, 30-25) (-2) Army over Butler (30-28, 15-30, 30-26, 30-23) (-2) 8) Lamar over George Mason (19-30, 30-28, 30-27, 30-26) (-2) Utah St over San Jose St (30-28, 19-30, 30-28, 30-25) (-2) Belmont over Tennessee State (30-28, 30-28, 20-30, 30-26) (-2)
The rest are all outscored by 1

Pablo and its numbers are incredibly boring, so boring that it has sucked all the fun out of the thread, boo!

If you find it so boring, why are you reading it less than two hours before the start of tonight's match? I mean, why aren't you at the Sansei at the Marriott devouring some of their specialty spam sushi? ;D

CalPoly d Texas 3-2 OU d Texas 3-2 (at the time was a big "What the *&^%") Both of these teams became ranked the following week and have remained ranked since their wins over TEXAS.

Pablo and its numbers are incredibly boring, so boring that it has sucked all the fun out of the thread, boo! Hey, you can still talk about what you want. The thing I like about my contributions is that it recognizes that there is much more to the world than just the top 25 teams. Northern Arizona over Eastern Washington is a shocker of a win, regardless of whether anyone outside of the NA and EWU coaching staffs realize it. If we left it up to the locals here to discuss it, we'd not hear about matches like that, which I think would be a shame.

Hey P-Dub, your ranking system was mentioned during the Hawai'i broadcast when there was a side to side comparison between Hawai'i and New Mexico State. Pablo may be boring but I appreciate all the time you spend with it so thanks.

Weren't they rated even going into that match? As such, Pablo took the home team (and therefore correctly accounted for both matches!)
Last night's match has put some separation between them, though
