This is based on all three teams having a record of 12-7 as of Saturday morning 4/10.
Here are the remaining games for each: CSUN - UC San Diego, UCLA, UC Irvine Pepperdine - Pacific, Hawaii, Hawaii Hawaii - UC Irvine, Pepperdine, Pepperdine

I am not sure who will get this spot. UCSD just beat UCSB tonight, so although I am inclined to say CSUN has the easiest schedule left, they can still lose. The pepperdine matches with HI I see most likely a split or a UH 2-0 sweep and both teams should beat Irvine. At this point in time, I am inclined to say CSUN though Warriors are my team.

One other note - I know CSUN holds the tiebreaker over Hawaii (CSUN beat Hawaii both matches) I think Pepperdine holds the tiebreaker over CSUN (they split, but Pepperdine won in fewer games) Pepperdine / Hawaii tiebreaker to be determined next week.

I guess HI can win it if they win their last 3, and if CSUN loses to UCLA or if they somehow lose to the others that they are going to play

I think Northridge will finish in 4th because not only do that own two victories over the Warriors, but they also have the easiest schedule remaining. It will also be very hard for the Warriors to sweep Pepperdine next week because the Warriors will be playing in Malibu.

I hate to say this but Hawaii has the toughest remaining schedule. They play Pepp in Malibu and they haven't had any luck defeating the Waves on their turf.
CSUN may end up at 14-8, the loss to UCLA; Pepperdine may be 15-7, winning all their remaining matches and Hawaii probably will be 13-9.
I hope I'm wrong, though.

What a playoff race! This has been a very interesting season. I wonder what upsets, if any, we will see in the playoffs.

Two matches left. CSUN and Pepperdine are now tied for the fourth spot. Hawaii is only one game back. Hawaii and Pepperdine play their final two matches against each other in Pepperdine. CSUN plays UCLA at UCLA and UC Irvine at Irvine.
Should be a great week of volleyball!

I think Northridge will take 4th place over Pepperdine and Hawaii. Although if Pepperdine wins all of its final games then they will probably take 4th. The way this year has gone anyone can beat anyone at any given time so 4th place is still up for grabs from any of these three teams.

Thanks! Doing all the play by play this last weekend really helped/padded my stats. How about POW (Poster of the week) for me?
