Either get the Pac-10 teams out of the tournament or seed em this way:
1. Neb 2. PSU 3. Fla 4. TX . . . 61. U$C 62. UCLA 63. $tanford 64. Wash
And make sure Neb, PSU, Fla, and TX are hosting the subregionals.

Assuming that Washington beats Stanford and Cal Assuming that Nebraska beats Kansas and Texas Washington1)Washington v 16)Cal Poly...8)Minnesota v 9)Utah @texas 4)UCLA v 13)Oklahoma.....5)Penn State v 12)Texas hawaii6)USC v 11)Wisconsin....3)Stanford v 14)Hawaii @florida 2)Nebraska v 15)LSU.....7)Florida v 10)California NOT GONNA HAPPEN! Who knows what the Committee will do but I hope EOV is off. I'd like Nebraska to get sent to Hawai'i. I'd be very happy with a USC, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Hawai'i regional.

not that it would happen, but I would like to see PSU sent to Hawaii. They seem to be the most vulnerable possible top seed and would make Hawaii getting further in the post-season so much more likely

I think most would rather have Oregon or ASU, maybe even Cal, like you said.

Hawaii should have 2, probably 3 higher seeded teams if seedings hold into the regional. Discounting Texas and Washington, and Florida from top 8, that leaves Nebraska, Penn State, USC, Stanford and UCLA, plus Wisconsin and Minnesota to pick three teams from, if not San Diego and Cal Poly. pretty stiff competition any way.

Of the ones in your list mentioned, I think I will choose one of the last 4 teams.

U Dub has its own regional. I don't care if USC gets sent to Honolulu.

Clearly not Nebraska and Penn St; I didn't rwrite clearly, but what I'm trying to say is that Hawaii appears headed for a #3 or #4 regional seed, probably #4, so 1 from each group would be with them; say Nebraska as #1, USC as #2 (in the region), and Minnesota as #3 (#9 overall), or some such permutation. If Hawaii wins their tournament and moves into the 9-12 range, then third team would be from the Utah, Cal Ply, San Diego, Oklahoma, Ohio type set; certainly not as daunting. the rules do say that if two hosting teams are seeded into a region, in 1 v. 16, 2 v. 15, etc. seeding, the lower seeded team will be moved; which means Hawaii. Therefor they could get moved from a 12 or 13 see to as high as 16 to provide a host to #1 Nebraska, and the #8 and #9 teams, if those two aren't Florida, Texas or Washington.

But then there'd be that same "But Nebraska didn't have to play a Pac10 team to get to the Final Four..." comments. I do think that a Nebr, USC, Wisc, UH grouping at the Hawai'i regional is a realistic regional. But then again Nebr still wouldn't play a Pac10 team prior to making the FinalFour.

Well, a loss to Hawai'i at the SSC isn't anything for the Huskers to hang their heads about either. Send Nebraska to Hawai'i!
