This afternoon, as I drove by the San Francisco School of the Arts, I wondered if it could ever be possible to have a charter school that emphasizes volleyball training along with academics. Does anyone out there think this could happen?
Morning sessions of one-on-one tutoring, followed by afternoon sessions of volleyball training.
Just throwing it out there for some comments ...
Could you see USA Volleyball funneling its most prized juniors to this school?

Never. That is unless a professional volleyball league is created in the United States and players sign multi-million dollar contracts. I'm not gonna hold my breath waiting...

Volleyball exclusively? No. I could see a "sports academy" (like the IMG Academies) only on a chartered basis.

Makes ya wonder. I could see the SF Ballet choreographing and using their "players" for a nice quick set to the middle. ;D
