#1 BYU, #2 LBSU, #3 UCLA, #4 CSUN, #5 Waves, #6 UH, #7 UCSB, #8 Stanford
1) BYU vs Stanford 2) LBSU vs UCSB 3) UCLA vs UH 4) CSUN vs Waves
My predictions: BYU in 3 LBSU in 4 UH (hoping that this will happen but UH has been in such a funk lately that I am a bit dubious) in 5 Waves in 4

The way this season is going, I wouldn't be surprised if your #8 pick Stanford won it all.
Any given night could be a different winner.
I wish the media would take better advantage of the parity in men's volleyball.

yeah...that is true...but I highly doubt that will happen. BYU is really tough to beat esp at home though UCLA did it and Stanford is just not the same since Curt Toppel left

UCLA did not beat BYU at home. CSUN is the only team this season to beat BYU on their own court. UCLA won in Pauly.
Should be a good tournament! I don't want to predict at this time.

No problem. BYU is tough - home or away. We won't get into all the reasons why they are tough though! (Just joking everyone)

My eyes are soooo tired reading all the posts from Rocky in the last couple of days. I will be very happy when he gets post 250 and becomes a Junior.

I pretty much think the only teams that have a chance to beat BYU is LBSU, UCLA, and ironically UH. UH played BYU well with their back ups in. So that has to give em some kind of confidence.

What about CSUN? They already beat them once.

as long as UH doesn't win 2 straight then lose the 3rd, I think they'll be okay. UCLA is good, but they split and no matter where Hawaii and UCLA are in the rankings the match is always good and they fight hard.
BYU has got to be the overwhelming favorite, but i can slightly see a stanford upset.
UCSB can upset anyone. LBSU is a very good team. that game is a tossup.
CSUN vs. Waves...that should be interesting. I'll make my prediction after we play Pepp this week.
