I don't see either listed on gophersports.com under audio (which I paid for) or live stats. What's the dealeo?

I'd send a request for technical assisstance, and if a response doesn't come quickly enough, an e-mail to Mr Geller and ask about it (his e-mail's in the PDF, too).
