I love to give you my experience from the Santa Barbara view. Unfortunately the team hasn't had any players stay until their senior year for a few years now.

I left companies and firms, but don't remember a single exit interview. I must've had them because they're mandatory and everyone gets them but geeez, for the life of me, there's nothing in the memory banks.

Unless they have a superstar, dissing the seniors seems to be a coaching inclination

Conducting Exit Interviews is the MOST fun part of my job! I just love dirt! lol
