Just watched the evening news and they reported that 4 players from the volleyball team were suspended for setting off a chemical bomb. Any more info?

It was players from the women's basketball team, not the volleyball team!

Heheh.. Basketball, volleyball, what's the difference? There is actually quite a big difference. Basketballs are mostly orange. Volleyballs have panels, some white and the rest another contrasting color. I would think you would have noticed that.

What kind of "chemical" bomb was this? It reminded me of the old "stink bomb" we used to use in college. Ah the good old days. Did I say "we" I ment they. I would never pull a prank.

Other reports categorized the "bomb" as being made of "household cleaning agents". I'm not sure exactly what they might have been, but it was something that made a big sound. Why do I get the feeling that fireworks wouldn't have triggered the same response by law enforcement.

Can someone change the headline to reflect the basketball player part?

Or maybe they farted at the same time, causing a stink bomb.

They called them that because they'd use toilet cleaning products that had chlorine and bleach. YouTube should have some videos of these things as they're very popular amonsgt early teenagers but I'm not sure what they would be called on there since I only know what the kids at my school called them and that was 7 or 8 years ago so the slang name for them might have changed

Chlorine and ammonia mixed together would actually more like a binary chemical weapon. People die from chlorine gas poisoning every year after mixing bleach with ammonia cleaning agents.

Well, since this thread is about a bunch of stupid women's basketball players, this thread should either be moved to "Off-Topic" or destroyed, or both.
