Is "brung" a word? LOL! As for the rest of this poster's prediction, I hope it comes true as do all Wahine fans, but in all likelihood a lot of what naitsric predicted won't come to pass. I don't see Arnott starting, at least as a hitter anytime soon. A lot of us still aren't sold on Hittle as we've yet to see her play healthy. We lose Mason, who I think is one of the best left-side blockers we've ever had in the program, not to mention she was the team's best server and passer this past season and of course Kanoe. I think chemistry will be key, but to expect a national title or even a final four appearance may be a bit much right now. Top 10 or 15 yes, top 5 no. This team still has a lot of areas it needs to get better in before it can be mentioned in the same sentence as the words final four and national title. Well, We'll have to see but don't turn in your final draft just yet.

Any updates on the team? Is Alicia still on the roster? Did any of the walk-ons walk-off?

One of the reasons Amber went to UH is because it was one of the few schools which would allow her to do both sports while on a VB schollie. She has been on the roster since the beginning of the year. I predict she wins the WAC in the high jump.

I love how high she gets up there in volleyball. .....maybe conference wise and nationally. W'ell have to see but now that you've mentioned it I feel the need to keep track of track.

I agree, Arnott might be kinda scarce come the '07 season. She might be with the team, but I'd be surprised if she can break into the starting line up. Also, I seriously doubt if we'll be seeing Keefe anytime soon--if ever again. I suspect her injuries may well spell the end of her career, unfortunately. Not basing this on anything concrete, JMO judging by the looks of her injuries and her history. Likewise, I hope Hittle's injuries don't prove to be nagging ones and Sanders is also prone to chronic problems.
Uncertainty at setting position and still no solid answer for a passing game make the '07 campaign very iffy, IMHO.

Just an observation. Jessica Keefe's injury was very serious, but she kept a positive attitude and is in great condition and has great mobility and athleticism now. I truly don't believe that it was career ending injury.

They are both the under-rated's of the Wahine.
