Folks,
I can and have created some programs but I need something more concrete to give out to kids (boys) who are looking to get in the gym and or home stuff if thay have to.
Point me in directions?

Earlier, some discussion was made in reference to this. Penn State was the place that had strength and conditioning programs that ranked best. Perhaps you can email them. (Email address of coaches is on the psu.edu webpage)

Go to the UCSD Men's Volleyball website and find the links to their weight training regimen.

what kind of weightlifting program are you looking for? weightlifting for high school kids is much different than lifting for collegiate kids. college players have matured and can handle a little more while high school kids can be seriously hurt by too much weightlifting. are you looking for plyo's and stuff too or just weights? let me know
