stanford has been very successful. just because they seem to get the top recruit year in and year out doesnt mean they should always win...although they come real close each year. but women's volleyball puts out tons of great players in each class of recruits. so its not like stanford gets all fifty of the Vball Mag Fab 50. nebraska, washington, usc all get top recruits too. stanford has won the most championships, though, so i'm not sure what you're arguing. the team that recruits the best IS winning the most championships. so stop arguing.

I scrolled all the way down for this banter? More the fool you. I never wast my valuable calories scrolling down on any thread. I use text-to-speech software (Dragon Naturally Speaking) to read page content. The truly great thing about it is that I've configured the reader to summarize all IB or BiK posts as "blah blah blah", saving me valuable time that can be better spent reading banter between holidayhusker, GatorFan, and Beachman.

Just asking? Well, if you look at it, you'd get Houston as the other left side hitter. Hittle or Arnott could be right side hitter. The libero's position is ok. You got Kai'aihue who must be good to get recruited as a libero. Then there's Lee, Woolford, Duggins. The only thing that would've been a question is setter. How good is Mafua? I guess they would've been good with Klineman. That would've been a good line up. Well, that's ok, Aneli can take that spot:)

Just asking? Oh, please. Don't kid yourself. She can't do it alone. And the rest of the supporting cast aren't all that great either. They need work.

Well, that's ok, Aneli can take that spot:) Klineman is going to be a great player for Stanford, more importantly she will be surrounded by 3 returning All-Americans (Barboza, Akinradewo, and Kehoe), which will make her chances of winning a national title much more realistic, compared if she was to come to Hawaii (lone All-AMerican Jamie Houston), where she will definitely be a major star, but would not be able to single handedly take Hawaii to the Final Four in my opinion. Look at all the past great recruits like Kerri Walsh and Logan Tom, they've had great supporting cast coming in as freshmen. Misty May was one of the top recruits in the country in 1995, but never had a good supporting cast going in as a freshman. So that class had to work extra hard. And please.......quit refering to Aneli like she's the answer to Hawaii making it back to the Final Four, she is far from the type of player that can do that. She will have a hard time trying to break into the starting line-up as an OH or RS.
