It is pricey, but you have to like their pretty extensive list. Wish they could bundle that if you order lots of matches, you get a bulk deal or something.

As a matter of fact, K5 does sell DVD (and VHS) formatted videos of UH matches. A while ago, I bought a copy of the 2000 regional semi-final Hawaii vs. Long Beach State match from them (one of the few matches I missed of the 2000 season!).
The info you need to request a dub of an old sports event is actually not on their website. You have to call them up or e-mail them; they then send you an e-mail with full instructions. It's pretty pricey, too--I spent $50 for my DVD copy (and it's even more expensive for football and baseball games). Also, while K5 does have a copy of every match they've ever televised, you're only allowed to buy the matches they have in digital format (which is from about the 2000 season on).
Despite all that, I was very happy with my purchase. I had never seen Tayyiba Haneef or Cheryl Weaver in action before, and I had completely forgotten how nerve racking those pre-rally scoring matches were.

It looks like for some of them you can get previews on the site (once you click more info), but on my computer it is not playing the video.

What a great service by the NCAA (assuming I do get my DVD in the 3 to 4 weeks they promise). I've always wanted to see the 1996 Regional Final, Penn State v. Nebraska in Lincoln. I've heard Terry Pettite say that the atmosphere in the Coliseum that night was something he's never experienced before. In that match, Penn State held an 11-5 lead in the fifth game before Nebraska pulled off a stunning comeback, eventually winning 20-18 to advance to the final four.

Are you people on a fixed income or on welfare? $25 for a video of a match that you are getting--when you know it's a quality match and one you've either seen, you were at, or wish you could see again--maybe even more than once. C'mon. I was surprised when I saw that was ALL they were charging. The first post said they were pricey..I was expecting $50+ If you had gone to the venue to see the match in person with the cost of admission, snacks, parking in some places...I'd expect you'd spend more than $25..

I've been looking for several of these matches for years. This is awesome.
Just pre-ordered:
'95 Regional Final: UH vs. Michigan State-how can you not love this upset at UH! '95 Semifinal: Texas vs. Stanford-Stanford ousted in 5, another favorite! '96 Regional Final: Penn St. vs. Nebraska-A classic that I've never seen, can't flippin' wait! '99 Semifinal: Pacific vs. Penn St.-The last time we'll ever see Elsa play! '03 Regional Final: Minnesota vs. Washington-Aaaaamazing match '04 Regional Final: Minnesota vs. Ohio St.-Peniata tools the block on game point as DS '06 Regional Final: Minnesota vx. Nebraska-Both of my favorite teams go head to head!
Thanks 808! You are my favorite.

Anyone seen one of these? Is it photographed like a current day ESPN broadcast, (or visual at all, just radio, hope not) or like a coaches view; from the end zone with a static camera? I think I'll order one to see how it looks, but would like to hear from somebody as to how its formatted. Particularly on the older broadcasts I could use some help IDing players.

Specifically speaking about NU-PSU '96, Nebraska Public TV originally broadcast the match, so I would assume this has to be what the NCAA is offering here. I don't think there was any other broadcast entity in the building.
So the video would have to be NPTV's. And they probably wouldn't overdub the audio.
