I heard the EMT thing, too. Coulter is I believe working at Delta High School, not as a coach. Chad Weyenberg has fallen off the grid apparently.

Somebody told me that there was a post that expressed curiousity about my staff and me. After applying for several jobs and getting very little interest, I decided to go to EMT school. The medical field has always intrigued me. I'm told it is tough, dirty work. How can it be any dirtier than college coaching though?
I've also been pursuing the purchase of a business in Indianapolis. We are near finalizing that and it has forced me to drop of EMT school. I might pick back up on that next year. If I decide I can manage the business and work as an EMT/Paramedic, I'll try to pull it off.
As for volleyball, I'll enjoy watching my kids. I've missed a lot, including my freshman daughter, Sammie's, trip to the Indiana State Championships. It will be great to attend everything. My girls are likely to play for Team Indiana and attend Center Grove High School.
Chad took a look at a couple jobs and has decided to jump into the business world as well. He's doing the accounting work for a large TruValue HomeCenter in Pendleton.
Heidi is working full-time at Delta HS and coaching my youngest daughter's club team, Delta Jrs. She is also pregant expecting her second baby.
With the one exception of still living in Muncie and somewhat near Ball State, all is great. I'm looking forward to moving away from here and succeeding in business. With any luck at all, our house will sell soon, and we'll make the move to Indy.
With all the mystery surrounding my firing, I'm sure the rumor mill has run crazy. That bothers me a lot. I believe the truth will come out soon enough. I've got to bite my tongue for a little while longer.

Finally, a reliable source on Volleytalk! What do you mean, "finally"? BiK is an extremely reliable source. You should always turn to him whenever you want the lowdown on what Noa heard about what Puanani and Ikaika did to Kalena at Hula's last weekend.

Not a good endorsement of Muncie and Ball State.

I think Randy is speaking to his specific situation and what he and his family were forced to deal with. Muncie is a small community, and possibly the most rabid volleyball community in the country. That attention unfortunately cuts both ways. Litch is a great guy, and will be extremely successful in whatever he chooses to do.

What if he chooses to defy gravity in a Hummer at the Grand Canyon?

I've been to Fort Wayne (hated it), Bloomington (loved it), and Indianapolis (didn't care one way or the other).

I don't recall ever seeing any clouds over Fort Wayne.

No clouds, no rain, no snow, no problem.
