Ugly game 1 so far. UCSB has 17 points, 3 kills, 3 blocks, and 1 ace. All the rest from LI errors. Finally at 19 points, we get our 4th kill. 22-14 We doubled our # of kills from 19-22. Okay, either we are having the longest rally at game point in history, the longest TO in history, or game tracker has frozen at 29-23. UCSB wins game 1 30-25, and I am beginning to hate Old Spice.

Game 2
We need to get the ball distribution better. O1 and O2 have 29 swings to 16 swings for all other hitters.
Gametracker freezes again at 28-25.
Gauchos take game 2 30-25
Frosh Opp Charlene DeHoog has a pretty good line going:
9-1-12 @ 0.667 2 assists 6 digs 1 BS 2 BA

Game 3
Gametracker frozen @ 5-5 (Seems like when I post this comment it comes back. Sure enough.)
22-21 TO LIU 23-25 No TO from Kathy, looks like she's going to leave the outocme to the team
Ack, frozen again, Down 24-27 Kill DEHoog, AE LIU and 2 straight aces from McLaughlin
Stuck @ 28-29
UCSB loses 28-30 Not all bad, this team needs as much court tiem as they can get. They just really need to get it done in game 4.
One good stat was that we have 4 hitters in double figures and only a total of 11 errors. Now if we could just shut them down a little better...

Game 4
Well, UCSB had a nice comfortable 19-14 lead which is now at 21-21
This team is really going to have to decide whether they want to win.
26-27
26-28 TO UCSB Sigh...
28-28 TO LIU
Gauchos win 31-29 I'm glad they found a way to win.
I have to give credit to McLaughlin. I thought she would be the weak point in our hitting this year. Tonight 19-2-46 @ 0.370 2 assists, 10 digs, and 6 block assists.
We really hit pretty well in the match 66 kills to 14 errors. We just let them get too many kills.
Fairfield in 45 minutes.

Oh, and even if Game tracker is freezing occasionally, I am very thankful that it is available for these matches! Good job to the Schools/CSTV for providing coverage for geographically disadvantaged fans.
