I don't believe she played much as a freshman. I think she played OH her freshman year and Nebraska run a 6-2 offense with Jill M and Lindsey W setting You are correct regarding the system and the setters. However, Cepero actually played primarily on the right side that year.

Christal Morrison of UW will graduate this year, hopefully with All American honors, and be on that list of great players

Roy, thanks for the list, an impressive group of players indeed. Freeball, it's surprising Nebraska hasn't had a four-time AA. It's a very impressive group nonetheless. I was a big fan of Nancy Metcalf. Looking at Roy's list, a few players I thought were amazing - B. Bremner (awesome setter) and S. Gordon (lethal terminator). Of course there were others on the list more highly touted. But it's good to see BB and SG getting accolades. Of couse, the two Hawaii players are legendary to Hawaii fans.
