If Sarah Pavan becomes, and most likely will, a first team All American. That means she was a first team all american all 4-years. She will join the likes of only 3 other women.
Logan Tom Kerri Walsh Bev Oden
Oddly enough, all of them Stanford grads.
There are 14 girls who were All Americans all 4 years. And there are 15 girls who have been 3 First Team All Americans.
Either way Sarah Pavan will make one of these.
Megan Hodge has the potential of joining these elite group. Nicole Fawcett and Foluke can possibly join if they get first team All Americans for the next 3 years.
Do you think Hodge could pull it off? As far as I'm concerned Harmatto and Fawcett are ahead of her so far.

I don't know.
But want to know something more amazing? Lindsey Berg was NEVER named an All-American -- 1st, 2nd or 3rd. I'll never understand that.

Bownlovingfreak, could you list the 14 girls who were All Americans for 4 years. Just curious. I know Angelica Lundquist and Kanoe Kamanao of UH were two of them. There may be more from UH. I'm not sure.

If Fawcett gets AA the next three years, she will be the first player to achieve AA status after she is done playing.

Nebraska fans, I'm sure there were four-year AAs as well. How about G. Cepero?

Ogonna was a four-time AA, I think. And maybe Bibiana Candelas or Emily Adams.

Nebraska fans, I'm sure there were four-year AAs as well. How about G. Cepero? Nebraska has never had a player that made one of the AA teams all four years. Allison Weston, Nancy Metcalf (Meendering) and Sarah Pavan are three of the players that have been 1st Team AA's three times. Other Huskers who have been named to one of the AA teams in three different seasons are: Janet Kruse, Stephanie Thater, Lisa Reitsma, Fiona Nepo, Amber Holmquist and Greichaly Cepero.
