Just watched the UCLA-UW match on tv. Morrison was outstanding.

I was kind of hoping that Washington would nominate Tama this week. JM's certainly been saying nice things about her to the press. I'd like to read up on Tama if you don't mind sending the link to the article you're referring to. The commentators on the UW/UCLA match were very complimentary on Miyashiro as she played a great match. It's also the first time I've seen Hagglund play, and she's very good. Where did Deesing's slide go? There isn't really a full article on her. I was thinking of one comment quoted in the local paper: archives.seattletimes.nwsource.com/cgi-bin/texis.cgi/web/vortex/display?slug=uwvolley20&date=20071020"She does a lot for the team," McLaughlin said of his redshirt sophomore from Hawaii. "She makes everybody better. I'm biased, but she's the best libero in the country. For sure. By far." From a gohuskies.com preseason article: gohuskies.cstv.com/sports/w-volley/spec-rel/082207aaa.htmlAlso, one of the announcers on a UW webcast (a former teammate) has said that she isn't necessarily the quickest libero, but she knows the game, reads hitters very well, and of course plays the ball very well when she gets to it.

Thanks Y.O.D.
I agree with McL in that she's best libero in the nation.
