Too bad the Frogs are crippled by injuries. Without they are a solid team. With they are not. I think they are down to 7 healthy players.

The frogs had every starter on the floor. They're healthy now. Baylor is use to Big 12 serving and hitting. You could really see a big difference between the two. Baylor was much more aggressive and served TCU off the court. A lot of Dallas kids on both squads. Baylor is developing them well. Lets see how they finish in the Big 12

Uhmmm. Well, I guess you don't really know TCU players. They have probably their best passer/defender out with a torn acl, their best opposite hitter playing with an abdominal tear, and their OH1 playing with an ankle injury. But that's ok. Baylor can feel good about this win if they want to.

I don't know how Baylor feels but i saw all the starters on the floor for TCU except for the passer you talked about. Several teams are a little dinged up this time of year. Hope TCU gets 100% Decent crowd for the match.

Mork, you need to get a few reading lessons from Mindy. Read the last post from Romeo carefully....the starters were on the court PLAYING, but playing with injuries.

This was a good win in 3 for the Bears. They got to play all their players. They swept the North Texas region beating SMU and TCU and Tx Tech matches this year. I think other than UT the Bears are the best team in the state. I know you will say Texas A&M beat them earlier this year but I predict they will beat A&M on Nov 24 in college station for the 3rd straight year:)

But at other times they are not, and are downright bad. Teams like a healthy TCU, UT-Arlington, Texas State (I know I Know - Baylor already beat them in Sept) to name a few would beat them. I like your enthusiasm for your team, though. If they consistently played at a high level, I might even be inclined to be a Bear fan. And it is always nice to get the 'W', so congrats to the Bears and their fans.

TCU, UTA, and Texas State could play them a hundred times and not beat the Bears. I agree they have looked awful in a couple of matches because of starting 3 freshmen and 3 sophomores but don't think they could lose to any non-Big 12 team in Texas. They've won 3 in a row and have Texas Tech and Kansas next. Let's do 5!!

I saw Baylor play recently in one of their 5 game slugfests and I was impressed. Sanders and Brefogle were animals and both Barnes' continue to help develop the younger starters. They should have a great second half of the Big 12 and continue to grow into a strong NCAA tournament team by next season if not sooner.

Are there two Baylor teams? 'Cause the one I saw play A&M in Waco was out hit, out blocked, and out served...definitely deserving the "L" they got that night. Might of been one of their "off" nights, I suppose.

It looks that way at times, but that A&M match earlier in Sept was one of their worst matches I've seen. The three sophomores are really playing ball now.

Thank goodness Stony Brook isn't from Texas. I wonder if Baylor would beat them a 100 time as well. Baylor has a lot of off nights.
